How to book INNERVISION
Here are a few steps
we recommend you follow when booking INNERVISION.....

|
Are
we right for you?
Check out the rest of the website and decide
if we are the right band for you. The playlist
page is the current list of songs we have rehearsed and
will be playing at your function. Please take time to read
the FAQ and Hints
and tips page on the website for additional information.

|
Are
we available?
Contact us to check
that the date you would like to book the band is still available.
Our fee is also agreed with you at this point usually determined
by the distance to the venue, and the set up and finish times
you require.

|
Check
your venue is suitable
Check that your venue are happy and able to accommodate a
5 - 6 piece band in the room you have hired.
A space of approximately 6.5 metres wide x 3.5 metres deep
is ideal for the band to set up in. We can fit
into smaller spaces but please call us for advice if you are
in any doubt. Check with us that the venue location is within
the area that we can travel to. Long distances and overnight
stays will affect the cost of your booking.

Optionally
hear the band before you book
If you would like to hear us playing live before you book,
please check with us when the next rehearsal is taking place.
You are welcome to bring friends and family with you and of
course you are under no obligation to book us.

|
Confirm your booking
with a small deposit
If you would like to book INNERVISION please
let us know and we will send you a contract. You will need
to return a signed printed copy of this with a deposit cheque
for 20% of the agreed fee to secure the date in the band diary.

|
Pay the balance
on the night
The remainder of our fee is payable as
a cash payment on the night of your function sometime in the
early part of the evening.
|
| 7. |
|
Remember to agree
the arrival time
Our standard set up is anytime after 5.30pm.
Please let us know when booking if you need us to arrive much
earlier in the day to set up as this will increase the band's
fee and must
be agreed at the time of booking.
